Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 7 am – 5 pm. After-hours emergency service is available evenings, weekends and holidays.
Information to Have Ready When You Call:
- Your name, facility name & location, your telephone number.
- Equipment control number, manufacturer name, model description & serial number.
- A detailed description of the problem.
Just follow a few simple steps for shipping:
- Use appropriate corrugated shipping carton and bubble wrap packaging.
- Complete and enclose a Service Request Form.
- Ship to our depot repair address, and we’ll take it from there.
